No Fear

Yesterday we spent some time at the Manti Park. There were lots of people there as they had softball games and cub scouts going on at the same time. The park was crawling with kids. Benton had no problem speeding right over as soon as he jumped out of the car. He spent most of the time on the swings. He would run and swing on his belly and twist and spin. He only fell once! Well he soon noticed the cub scouts playing a game over in the grass where the leader stood in the middle of a circle of kids and spun around a make shift ball on a rope and the kids had to jump over it as it passed by them. He ran right over and joined the circle. He then noticed the boys eating popsicles, so he made his way over the leader and soon walked over to us carrying a blue popsicle and eating it. He proudly proclaimed, "they are selling popsicles over there! They have blue and yellow and all kinds!" I just hid my face and we all laughed. I then explained to him he needed to ask me first next time.
