Easter Sunday

Easter morning the kids awoke bright and early. They searched for their baskets, which the Easter bunny had hidden. They were excited to find new books, snacks, treats, and a little toy. Emmie and Benton even received some new piano music. Emerson was excited to eat a bunch of snacks. He also just liked the noise the wrappers made.

Later we went to Grandma and Grandpa Francois' for an Easter egg hunt and dinner. The kids loved searching for eggs, Emerson loved to throw them. Lyndie and Mae opened theirs right away and began to eat the treats. Benton was most excited about the eggs with coins inside. They all received a bag of goodies, with bubbles. They enjoyed blowing bubbles out front and chasing each other around.

They even pulled out the "feel whipper" and road up and down the street for a little bit. It was almost like being in Manti. We had a wonderful day celebrating the resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ. It brings comfort knowing that these sweet faces will be with my for eternity because of Him.
