The Zoo

Here are some pictures from a trip to the zoo we took in January. A little late...but too cute to pass up! We had a coupon so off we went! Jackie came to practice her wildlife shots (not us, the animals!) We had a great time looking at all of the "Marty's, Melman's, Alex's..." Benton loved to see the giraffes especially. He also really enjoyed the carousel...as did Emmie! Jackie has most of our pics on her computer so I'll snag them from her when I get the chance. The weather was beautiful and it was a great day to picnic at the zoo and enjoy the sights. My favorite was the monkey habitat where the monkeys run all around you! We were cautioned to avoid any "rainfall" as rain was not in the forecast we must have been avoiding something more treacherous! Luckily no mishaps. Just a great day!
