We headed up to Manti on Saturday to enjoy some cool weather and fall leaves. Sunday we spent in Magna to visit "Grandpa Grandpa Hardman". We of course needed to visit the horses in the backyard. The kids fed them apples and pet them, although they were a little nervous. Lyndie and Jude found a dead snake to play with and pick up. Yuck. The kids even got to ride bareback. They all were so excited! They definitely love horses.
Later that evening the kids made some Halloween crafts, baked cookies with Grandma and watched a movie to relax.

The kids love the Manti park. This was a little bit of a dangerous experience though as the equipment was wet and everyone kept slipping and smacking their bums and heads! Especially Mae and Lyndie. The swings were a safe alternative that everyone always loves. They even went for "feel whipper" rides with Pa and E.B. That's what Mae calls them. It was fun to see all of the cousins smashed on at the same time. They thought it was the coolest. They all fit this trip, we'll see about the next time.
Sweet Grandma Hardman. She is starting to loose her memory. It was fun to visit with her on a good day. We all love her so much!
