We attended our ward Trunk or Treat party. Adam was driving home from Flagstaff and ended up meeting us there later. The kids were super excited to dress up in their costumes! Super Benton, Emmie the Butterfly, Mae the Fairy, Lyndie the Lady Bug, and Mommy the Bumblebee. We ate hotdogs and the kids went around to different rooms to play games. We really only got to do the cake walk before it was time for the parade. All primary kids lined up and paraded through the cultural hall. They were adorable. Afterwards we headed out to trunk or treat. Lyndie totally "got it". She had no problems walking around soliciting candy with an adorable "trick or treat" holding her bag out eagerly. Thomas went around with us, and while they wanted to go again I stopped them at once around the block. They had awards handed out. Our family won the best theme (thanks to the girls), and Lyndie won the sweetest award. She did look pretty sweet. What a fun night of candy and games!
