Benton joined the swim team in March and had his first swim meet. He did great, all things considered. He didn't exactly know when to start (at the beep) nor did he go his fastest, but he had fun! He did the freestyle and backstroke. He looked like he had a great time with the other kids while they waited, running around and playing. It was fun to watch him race. Proud of that hard worker. They practice twice a week for an hour each, doing laps pretty much the entire time. He's a tough boy!
