Mae is enjoying some baby food for the first time, she has finally gotten the process down and eats about two jars a feeding! I'm not tricking her by shoving her binky in her mouth anymore either.
We had a nest of baby birds about our fan for this spring season. We watched the mommy feed her little babies and finally watched them leave the nest and fly away. It was pretty amazing to witness, and the kids loved their "pets" as I reminded them that was the closest they would ever get to having one! Okay, maybe fish someday...
