We spend New Year's Eve at the Cooleys. We started by celebrating Christmas since we had not yet had the opportunity to do so because we were in Manti. The kids were thrilled to have another present to open! We then ate a delicious waffle dinner and prepared for our celebration. We donned our hats, and made ready our blowers. Then at precisely 6:30 pm we shouted, banged pots, blew horns, and wished each other a very Happy New Year. 6:30 is as good a time as any to celebrate, right? Especially when the kids are all young and don't know any better! Then we partied a little more and were home and in bed before the New Year officially began. What a great way to start the year! I had a fabulous 2011 and enjoyed adding little Lyndie to our family, and watching the other three grow. What a blessed life.
