We stopped in Avila at our favorite Farmer's Market. The kids "fed" the animals and played in the grass. Then we gorged ourselves on corn...so good. We picked up some delicious desserts for later, pie. Later we headed over to Splash Cafe for some delicious clam chowder and fish and chips. Our long-standing favorite spot to eat in Cali. The kids had some corn dogs and grilled cheese. We loved crowding around the small tables, especially since Uncle Brigham was there to join us. We walked the pier at Pismo and enjoyed seeing the surfers. We also did a little kite flying and enjoyed the nice, warm sand.
