Happy New Year

We spent this last New Year's Eve watching The Twilight Zone and wished each other a Happy New Year as we got ready for bed...what a night of excitement! It was great to spend the evening with the love of my life. I love Adam so much-he makes me so happy! I am so blessed to have my two wonderful boys in my life, and soon my baby girl!
My New Year's Goals:
1. Be more encouraging and loving towards Adam
2. Grow closer to Heavenly Father
3. Be a more patient Mommy
4. Lose 40 lbs. after having Emmie
On Saturday Benton talked up a storm...well for him he did! He said "Hi daddy" to Adam. We went to Adam's parents and when he pulled Benton out of the car and airplane flew by and Benton pointed up and yelled "aripla, airpla" It was the clearest he's ever said it. We were so sruprised and rpoud! Then alter he kept saying "baby" and I realized he was pointing to a picure of himself as a baby. What a boy! He says "up" a lot when he stands on things. IT even sounded like a mimicked Adam saying "good boy". His frequent words are hot, up, daddy, and sometimes wow and mom. He does a pretty good job pointing at pictures and recognizing people. He knows grandmas and grandpas, aunts and uncles (even Uncle Brandon who comes home on Friday!) He got a basketball hoop and loves to slam dunk the ball and then clap and dance around. He's my growing boy who's getting so big. He will be such a good big brother to Emmie!
