It took a couple of days before we could finally decorate the tree. We discovered the lights were out and needed to get more. We finally did it Monday night. The kids were a big help. The tree smelled good and it was fun to decorate a real one! The kids had fun going through the ornaments and remembering experiences about each one. They did a great job decorating the lower half of the tree, especially a couple of highly dense spots of ornaments. Adam and I enjoyed going back and dispersing them later. I love spending these special times with these sweet little kids.
