We passed the lake on our way home one last time. We also drove by other gorgeous lakes and through the Tetons. Beautiful. We stopped at a picnic spot and had a visitor...a bear! We watched it eat berries with many other interested picnickers, until a park rangers shooed us all away in a big fright. He pretty much yelled and questioned our sanity. We grabbed our food as fast as we could and moved over to an area further away from the bear. The rangers proceeded to scare the bear away and had to pull out their rifles and rubber pellets. I guess that bear has become a little too friendly and is constantly in that picnic area...Yogi. We pulled into Manti super late and went to sleep, only to wake and enjoy a beautiful morning before we finished our drive home. It was good to be home, but hot. Especially since our AC apparently broke while we were gone! So we ended our vacation up at Grandma and Grandpa's where we stayed for two nights until we could get it replaced. Ahh home at last!
