Grandma Francois joined us on a homeschooling field trip to the Butterfly Wonderland. It was really neat. Benton enjoyed looking at the butterflies hatching. They were at all different stages. There were a variety of colors and sizes to see. Even some large moths that were beautiful.
The butterflies loved Emerson. He was just too sweet to resist. Lyndie and Emmie avoided the butterflies at all costs. Mae couldn't get enough and wanted them all to land on her.
Benton went off with his friends for most of the time, but joined us the the main exhibit. We even watched a 3D movie that looked amazing, all about the Monarch Butterflies and their adventures.
They even had a small pool to touch the sting rays. The kids all put their hands in, but when the rays came to close they quickly pulled out. We still had so much fun. It was a fun day with Grandma!
