Thanksgiving

The kids found snow! Up the road there was a patch of frozen, hard, ice. They wasted no time sliding down. Mae was kamikaze, head first as fast as lightening. She scares her mommy. Benton and Emmie did feet first style. Lyndie mostly doubled up with others, especially Pa. They laughed and had a blast. Lyndie got cold hands and cried until I warmed them up.

We came back in to warm up and fix some delicious food. Daddy helped Great Grandpa clean out the gutters on top of the house until dinner was ready.

The kids used the wood out back to make a fort and play together. There were minimal fights and only a few battles of war. Benton even went riding in the giant suburban to explore the snow with Uncle Greg.

We spent the evening shooting BB guns and playing outside, and then doing some crafts when it got dark. It was a busy day, but so much fun. I am so grateful for this beautiful family.
