Benton "I'm a super hero, I can't put things away!"
Emmie has been doing a good job saying her prayers all by herself. Some things she likes to pray for: bless us mommy, daddy, benton, emmie, mae (sometimes daddy gets in there a few times) jesus christ, bless us (whatever food we may be eating at the time), don't kick, don't take toys, don't be mean, bless us sleep good, be happy, go nastic school (gymnastic school), gramma's house, daddy go work and ends with name Jesus Christ. She may add or take away a few things, but it's always relevant to what needs to be prayed for...what a sweet example of sincere prayer!
Benton's prayers usually consist of information about what he's played with that day, toys he's currently holding, things he's done, and lots about daddy being gone gone gone at work and come home. He likes to emphasize by saying things like "eat food, and eat food, and eat food again" if we've eaten numerous times during the day. He also loves to remind me in his prayers that "mommy said give me treat". They are such good examples to me!
